The
Upper Shelter is a partially enclosed 59'x30' building with a
paved floor, as well as 20 amp electrical service with 4 outlets.
It seats 150 people and has 55 parking spaces. The shelter also
has drinking water, modern wheelchair accessible restrooms, a
playground, and vault toilets.
The Upper Shelter is surrounded by a very large and popular
picnic area.
