Nashville, Indiana summers are warm and humid. Winters are cold and sometimes icy or snowy. Spring and Fall are moderate in temperature, though unpredictable. Rain is possible any time of year. October finds Brown County State Park ablaze with gorgeous fall colors.

The North Gate Covered Bridge is restricted to 9 foot height and 3 ton weight limits.
Horsemen's Campground users should use the entrance off 135 South.
